A high quality 16 Gallon with 3 Inch Diameter Torpedo Pro still includes 3″ sight glass. You can use this sight glass as an infusion chamber or gin basket to hold botanicals. You can also clamp in sight glass below the reflux cold finger condenser to watch the reflux action. An awesome way to infuse the vapor to get a boost of flavor in the distillate. Run a apple brandy and add some fresh apples and cinnamon sticks to the sight glass to infuse the vapor with the taste of apple pie moonshine or add cinnamon sticks, herbs, and spices to make a spiced whiskey. Be creative and make your own infusions.
This Torpedo Pro still will produce 180 to 190 proof moonshine as a reflux still and will also run as a pot still to carry over flavor with about 120 proof
For reflux it is as easy as running water to both reflux condenser and final product condenser. Pack the column with rings and copper mesh and your running a reflux alcohol still or run as a pot still by running water to just the final product condenser on the arm and inserting one roll of copper in the tower.
16 gallon still boiler with two 2″ ports for heating element. butterfly drain valve, 2″ fill port and 1/2″ coupling for thermometer. Also includes caps, clamps, and gaskets to cap off ports and can be used with a gas burner.

16 Gallon with 3 Inch Diameter Torpedo Pro: Great package. Allows 5 gallon to 15 gallon (if you are careful) batches. Recommend 2 heating elements (110v) with separate controllers for each. Yes, more money, but better temp control and worth it.

I just received our 16 gal 3 in Torpedo Pro and all I can say is…dude, the quality is second to NONE! I was seriously blown away at how well it is made. If you watch the videos you hear them talk about how good the welds are and that all welds are done in house, well, I’m unpacking the still and laying all the parts out. As I unwrapped each piece I kept wondering “what welds?” I didn’t see any until I had assembled it and the light caught it just right, they’re tiny but damn are they perfect! I’m telling you, those welders are straight up professionals and worth every penny they are paid. Ok, ok, enough drooling over the still i know.
If you decide on Mile High still, I promise, you will not be disappointed. The quality is amazing! This week I am going to order a 3 gal milk jug also and a few other parts to go with it. Eventually I plan on getting the 135 gal jug and a 6 in 6 glass tower.
Thank you very much, thank God we still have people that believe in American made quality!!! When I can come to Colorado I am going to buy you and your welders a drink!

Well I got everything a couple weeks ago. I waited until I ran it to make a review. All Ive got to say is WOW!!! VERY well built. VERY heavy components. The boiler is unreal. Very nice. Evan is the man. Very helpful and will bend over backwards for you. I halfassed the first sacrificial run and it still came out 180 proof. I will be adding some more components later. The modular design allows that. Very nice. I looked and researched for two years before I put my money down and I do not regret it in slightest. Very happy customer. Thanks mile hi

I stopped in their shop while I was on vacation in the area and I was given a tour around their facility and shown their WIP (Work in Progress) area, and I can say that the quality and care that they put into every build was apparent. The group that works on these showed a real interest in their work and were happy to shop me what they were working on.
I placed my order last week, and its already here! The quality of the welds is amazing, the packaging was sufficient to get everything here and not be broken, very happy with everything so far!
When fully assembled this beast is about 6 feet tall, I cannot wait to fire it up!
